Kirada is a small selected kennel, situated about 45 minutes out of Adelaide, on the Fleurieu Peninsula.  We live on 75 beautiful acres, with lots of wild life and clean fresh air.

A sleepy lizard.

Currently the household consists of our 4 Standard Poodles, our lovely Greyhound (who thinks he is a Poodle) my husband, Andrew and of course myself, Jacqui.

Same sleepy with its mouth open. Note the blue tounge.

Andrew is an Internal Accountant, a  Councilor with the South Australian Canine Association, Trainee Judge for Group 7 ( Non-Sporting) and a Ring Steward.

Myself, I run a Professional Dog Grooming Parlor 4 days a week in Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs. Handle and prepare the dogs for the Show Ring.

Kirada was Est.1987. To date there has been 9 Champions, 1 Grand Champion, and as far as I know 2 CD titles made up under the Kirada Prefix. I also have shown 8 other prefix's to their Australian Title, including our Greyhound.

All our dogs are part of the family and live with us in the house.  There are no kennels and no crates. They have access to their 1.5 acre back yards that they play in, 24 hours a day.
